Registration, login, password resets and account settings for Super Pak players in Pakistan.

Head to the Register page and fill in your Pakistani mobile number, a username and a password. The whole process takes under two minutes. You will receive a verification OTP on your mobile number — enter it to confirm your number and your account is ready to use. Go to the Login page and use the OTP login option. Enter your registered mobile number, request a one-time code, and once you are logged in go straight to Account Settings to set a new password. If your registered mobile number is no longer active, contact live support with your CNIC details for manual identity verification and account recovery.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is a standard identity verification process that requires you to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). KYC is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. Completing KYC also unlocks higher deposit and withdrawal limits. The process is straightforward — upload a photo of your CNIC front and back through your account dashboard and the verification team reviews it, typically within a few hours.

Mobile number changes require identity verification to prevent unauthorised changes to your account. Log in, go to Account Settings and submit a mobile number change request. You will be asked to verify your identity via CNIC before the new number is confirmed. This typically takes up to 24 hours. Do not attempt to create a new account with your new number — update the existing account instead.

There is no need to deposit a large amount to get started — you can explore the platform with a modest initial balance.

First, wait five minutes as occasional short delays can occur during peak times. If the balance still has not updated after five minutes, take a screenshot of your JazzCash transaction confirmation showing the transaction ID, amount and timestamp. Open live support chat and share those details — the support team can trace the transaction and credit your account manually if required. Do not make a duplicate deposit until the first one is resolved.

Withdrawals & Cashouts

How to request PKR withdrawals back to your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account.

Log in to your account, go to the Withdrawal section in your dashboard and select your preferred payment channel. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method you used for your most recent deposit where possible — JazzCash to JazzCash, Easypaisa to Easypaisa, bank transfer to your registered bank account. Make sure your KYC is complete before requesting your first withdrawal, as unverified accounts cannot process cashouts.

Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals typically arrive within two to four hours during business hours, though weekend and public holiday transfers can take slightly longer depending on your bank. Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify how many times you need to play through a bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of PKR 30,000 in eligible bets before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Yes. All Super Pak bonuses have an expiry period, which starts from the moment the bonus is credited to your account. The expiry period for each bonus is shown in your Bonuses tab. If the wagering requirements are not completed within the expiry period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are removed from your account. Yes. Live in-play betting is one of the most popular features on Super Pak. For PSL and T20 matches you can bet ball by ball — next ball outcome, wicket in next over, total runs in current over, method of dismissal, player milestones and much more. Odds update in real time throughout the match. Live betting requires a funded account and is accessible directly from the Bet section once a match is in progress.

For T20 matches that do not reach the minimum required overs to constitute a result, all pre-match bets are voided and your stake is returned to your account in full. For matches that are interrupted but produce a valid Duckworth-Lewis result, bets on the match winner are settled according to the official DLS result. Cash-out functionality is available on selected markets and is indicated on the bet slip at the time of placement. If cash-out is available on your bet, the current cash-out value is displayed in your open bets section and updates in real time as the match situation changes.
