Super Pak Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

Welcome to Super Pak. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and Super Pak ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Super Pak website at superpak.onl and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, bingo, crash games and any future products offered under the Super Pak brand.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing any bet or simply using any part of the Super Pak platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full — including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use Super Pak services. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your own records. Super Pak reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to Super Pak and all its services is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of a Super Pak employee or contractor.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from Super Pak or any other gaming platform under an active exclusion period.
• You must provide truthful and accurate information at registration. Accounts created with false details are subject to immediate termination.

Super Pak does not offer services in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether accessing Super Pak is permitted in your location before registering. Super Pak does not make representations regarding the legal status of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction.

Each player is permitted to hold one Super Pak account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed, balances being forfeited and any pending withdrawals being cancelled.

• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Your username and password must be kept confidential at all times. Do not share your credentials with anyone.
• Super Pak will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone. Any such request should be reported to us immediately as a potential phishing attempt.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately via live chat so we can place a temporary hold while the matter is investigated.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts in accordance with our dormancy policy, details of which are available from support.
• Super Pak reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, particularly where it reasonably believes that Terms have been violated or where the integrity of the platform is at risk.

Account verification ("KYC") may be required before processing withdrawals or when deposits reach certain thresholds. Verification documents may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address and confirmation of payment method ownership. These requirements exist to protect players and to maintain platform integrity. Providing false documents is a criminal offence and will be treated accordingly.

All financial transactions on Super Pak are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not apply exchange rate conversions and does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payment providers (such as JazzCash or Easypaisa) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside Super Pak's control.

Supported payment methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfer and card timelines vary by institution.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Funds deposited into your Super Pak account are held solely for gaming purposes and may not be transferred to another player's account.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the Super Pak payments team. Processing typically begins within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.
• Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit ("reverse withdrawal" principle) to reduce fraud risk.
• Super Pak reserves the right to request verification of the payment method before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reclaimed once they have been credited to your gaming balance and used in play. Contact support promptly if you believe an error has occurred.
• Super Pak does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must belong to the account holder personally.

Super Pak offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page. The terms on each promotion page are in addition to — and must be read alongside — these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus funds are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Different games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, sports betting and certain other products may contribute at a lower rate. Check the specific promotion page for contribution rates.
• Super Pak reserves the right to cancel any bonus — and any winnings derived from it — if there is reasonable evidence that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through multi-accounting or through any form of exploitation.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Free spins, where offered, are valid for specific games and expire within the time period stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• Super Pak reserves the right to withdraw, amend or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

Super Pak's sports betting product covers Cricket (including T20 internationals, PSL fixtures, bilateral series and major ICC tournaments), Football, Esports and other sports. Bets are accepted pre-match and in-play where the market is offered. The following rules apply to all betting activity on the platform:

• Bets are only valid once they have been confirmed by the system and a bet ID has been issued. Do not assume a bet is placed until you see a confirmation screen or receipt.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Super Pak reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a material error in the odds occurred — for example, where odds were published significantly different from the true market price due to a technical error.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently cancelled due to event postponement, abandonment or other circumstances will be voided and stakes returned unless specific settlement rules for that market state otherwise.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to system processing. Super Pak cannot guarantee acceptance of in-play bets placed during periods of high traffic or technical delay. Bets that are not confirmed before a market is suspended will not be accepted.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per market and per day. These are displayed at the point of placing your bet.
• Super Pak reserves the right to limit stakes or refuse bets at its discretion, particularly where patterns consistent with arbitrage or professional betting are identified.
• Cricket PSL betting is subject to event-specific rules published on the platform during PSL season. These rules take precedence over general betting rules for PSL markets.

Super Pak's casino product includes slot games, live casino tables, crash games and bingo. All games are provided by third-party software studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City and NetEnt. Each game is governed by its own published rules and return-to-player (RTP) figures, which are set by the studio and certified by independent testing bodies.

• RTP figures displayed on Super Pak are the studio-certified figures. Super Pak does not apply any additional house edge beyond what is built into the game by the studio.

• Using any software, script, bot, automated tool or artificial intelligence to place bets or make game decisions without direct human input at the time of play.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch or technical error to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected bug must be reported to support and are subject to review and potential reversal.

• Providing false identity information or using another person's payment details or identity documents.

Super Pak uses automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, Super Pak may take any or all of the following actions: suspend or close the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, forfeit bonuses and associated winnings, and report relevant information to authorities where legally required.

Super Pak operates as an entertainment platform for adults. We take our responsibilities towards player welfare seriously and provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Super Pak's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your Super Pak account at the time the claim arises.

• Super Pak is not liable for any losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, technical errors, internet outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Super Pak is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect or consequential losses of any kind.
• Super Pak does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• You acknowledge that online gaming involves risk and that losing your deposited funds is a possible and foreseeable outcome. Super Pak is not responsible for gaming losses.
• Super Pak is not responsible for losses arising from a player sharing their account credentials with a third party.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Super Pak reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
